PRIVATE TRAINING

GROUP MET CON
Our group HIIT (high-intensity interval training) combines full-body strength and conditioning movements to keep the heart rate up and keep you moving. We’ll make sure you’re moving the right way, so be ready to challenge your mobility, strength and endurance.
Times - M-Th: 6am. 8:15am. 5:30pm F: 6am, 8:15am, 12pm
GROUP STRENTH TRAINING
Team Strength will help you in almost every facet of life. Increase overall strength, power and knowledge throughout this informative class. Integrate core conditioning and athletic drills to pump up calorie burn while building power and lean body mass. Do all this while learning proper technique to help optimize results and avoid injury.
Times - M-F: 4:45am, 5:20am, 9am, 4:45pm, 6:15pm (no 6:15pm Fridays)
YOUTH PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Attend sports performance training to experience a group setting with peers around your age and skill level. Sessions consist of training concepts designed to increase aspects of sports performance while reducing the likelihood of injury. Each session consists of a warm-up, a skill (speed, power, agility), and foundational concepts of strength training and conditioning designed to develop overall athleticism.
Times: M-Th: 4pm
OPEN GYM
Our Open Gym time is tailored for individuals looking to enhance their fitness at their own pace and with their personalized workout plans. This flexible and autonomous environment allows you to pursue your fitness goals independently, giving you the freedom to shape your journey according to your schedule and preferences.
Times: M-F: 7am, 10am, 3pm
